The full report is a digital product delivered instantly on payment. Once the report has been generated, there is no refund for change of mind.
When a refund is given
A refund is given where the product failed: the report did not generate, could not be opened, or was technically defective.
How to request a refund
Email hello@pairutham.com and include your Stripe receipt so we can identify the purchase.
Cancellations
The report is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. You may leave the Stripe checkout before payment; after payment, the refund terms above apply.
